HLA Attachments Website

Working for HLA Attachments, I helped design the site, and fully developed it to what it is. It's a vertical style menu site, with the site switching to mobile mode as soon as the left menu is about to be cut off.

This site draws it's information from a mySQL database for a very small amount of total pages that needed to be built.

I decided to go with a full width page design to help keep the page feeling open, allowing the user to feel comfortable while browsing the site.

Several custom jQuery plug-ins were developed for this site including a YouTube/Vimeo sniffer that detects if a user has blocked either site, and will automatically use the other video provider for all site videos. Another custom plug-in I created was a mobile table plug-in that converts tables on the site into mobile mode, retaining all information in a collapse-able format giving the user control over what models they see. A third custom plug-in was a print-page feature, allowing users to print product information in an easy to read format fitted to a page size of their choice.
